I received a rather dodgy mailshot from a company calling itself Universal Consulting Ltd, trading as National Surveys, based in Cheltenham, GL51 8LN. They claimed that I’d won a complimentary gift from a local business and insisted that I had to pick it up in person. Quite the cheek, if you ask me!

I keep getting the same message that all the lines are busy at the moment. I looked up what the slip mentioned, and it seems plenty of others are saying it's a con. Best to steer clear and not give them a bell!
