I suspect that this might have been a dodgy call. The phone rang around twenty past five, and there was an awkward pause of about ten seconds before a gentleman introduced himself, claiming to be conducting a survey regarding some loft insulation we supposedly had installed (which, as it happens, we haven't). I informed him that he had the wrong number. After another brief silence, I decided to hang up.
