These dodgy callers rang claiming they were from EE, offering to lower my phone bill. I told them to bugger off a couple of times and blocked the number, but I still get alerts about blocked calls. The weird part is the number starts with 01244, which is the code for Chester, where I live and work. Proper confusing!

best not to ring them back. its some outfit called prestige telecom, they ring you to get you to phone back so they can push new mobile contracts on you. im labeling this as risky coz most folks probly will call back.
