I tried to find out who was on the other end of the line, but they just brushed me off at first. When I wouldn’t verify my name, their tone turned rather hostile. After some back and forth, they finally admitted it was a chap named Daniel from Broadband Experts, and he practically yelled at me to confirm my identity. I lost my temper and yelled "NO" in return before hanging up on him. Such a frustrating experience!
