They asked if I was Mr Stevens, and when I said no, they immediately tried pushing windows on me. Good thing I’m just renting, otherwise that’d be a proper nuisance.

BT promised to block those annoying calls, yet I keep getting them anyway. Such a letdown!

They call themselves ‘The Window People’ and are pretty pushy, definitely don’t accept a simple No! Had to be a bit firm with them myself! I’ve gotten calls before from them, just using different numbers each time - one was from the 01782 code, which I think is Stoke-on-Trent.
