Got a recorded message from a woman with a southern English accent, sounded all automated. She said something about 'card security' but didn’t mention the bank or the card details. Claimed there were dodgy transactions on my card, like a £300 purchase on Amazon and £1200 spent on diamonds, both happening today. Then it told me to press 1 or 2 to either check my balance or stop the charges. Classic card scam from a fresh number. I just blocked it and reported it straight away.
