I told him I actually purchased my phone from Carphone Warehouse only a couple of weeks ago, so surely he should know. The guy said he couldn’t say because he worked in sales, which didn’t add up at all. Ended the call right there. Pretty sure it was a scam.

Ignore this call at all costs!!! Some bloke said he was from Carphone Warehouse but then started offering me a phone if I stayed over!!! He wanted to add me on WhatsApp and went on about what he’d do!!! Totally out of order. Honestly, I feel for any young girls who might actually think this is charming. Proper sickening stuff!! Feel like I’m gonna be sick just thinking about it :-)

Some bloke rang pretendin to be from Car Phone Warehouse tryin to sell me somethin. I told him I didn’t have a credit card so I’d nip into a shop instead. He started shoutin that’s not how it works, gotta pay over the phone with a card. Then he just hung up on me. Later I called back and it said the number was for ‘Caspian Care’ and if you wanna block calls you have to email them - but they didn’t even give an email address! Proper frustrating.

Sounded dodgy, like some crazy long contract or something. She then asked me what phone I currently use and which network I'm with - stuff I reckon Carphone Warehouse would already know if I’d ever actually got a contract from them (which I haven't).
