I've recently come across a rather bothersome phone number, 01244 398724, and it turns out it's from Chester in Cheshire, England. I suggest you take a page from my book. This number rang my mobile, which is a private line solely known to my mates-not your typical spam calls, mind you. So, I've gone ahead and added 01244 398724 to my blocked list. If you're with BT and have a landline, you can take advantage of their Call Protect feature. I actually managed to pick up mine at Tesco for a decent price, much cheaper than the typical retail. A word of advice: after receiving a nuisance call, just punch in 1572 to quickly block it. For those of you who are connected with BT in England, don't forget to log into your account and switch on Call Protect; it won’t cost you a penny! Additionally, if I can track down the address of the company responsible for this nonsense, they’ll be getting an earful from me.

I got two calls from this number on my phone but when I messaged back asking who it was and what it was about, no reply at all.
