No idea who it was, just silence, so I've gone ahead and blocked the number.

Got a call from someone who said, “Hi, I’m Luke, your local energy advisor.” I cut him off right away, saying I’m already on the TPS list. He went on saying he’d remove me from his calls, but it might take up to 48 hours. Seems dodgy to me since this ‘local energy advisor’ was calling from a number 230 miles away - not exactly local at all. Ended up blocking the number. Definitely feels like some kind of scam.
