Got a call from someone pretending to be "Bank Security" saying my account was hacked and there were two suspicious payments (an international transfer and one from Amazon). Totally sounds like a bank scam to me. Weird thing is, the call seemed to come from a local number, the same area code as mine. This is only the second time I’ve had one like this, usually these scam calls come from overseas numbers.
