Pretty sure it was just some call centre. They phoned up about a business that’s been shut for years now. The person on the other end didn’t even say who they were or what company they worked for, or why they were ringing. The caller seemed a bit inexperienced but polite, and it was obvious they were just reading from a rubbish script.
