This phone’s number is usually kept to myself, so getting a call after such a long time was a bit unexpected. It definitely wasn’t from Sanctuary Care since I don’t have anyone in a care home. The call showed up from the Chester region and I’m pretty sure they must’ve found my number through EE or something. I reckon it’s just one of those marketing calls trying to sell something.

This definitely isn’t someone with an older family member in trouble or anything like that, and I’m pretty sure I’m not on any of their lists. Are they seriously scouring these websites to try and come across as genuine now? I don’t even have any elderly relatives, plus this number hasn’t been shared or used for over five years. Sounds like a classic scam or some marketing call from Chester to me.
