I reckon this was a dodgy call. The woman said she was from Microsoft and gave her name as Emily Brown, but she had an Asian accent. She told me my computer had been hacked by loads of firms to carry out illegal stuff. Our desktop, Jason, has been working fine for ages. We only use office computers!
