Kept ringing and demanding to speak to the Director by his first name. I told them I couldn’t connect them without knowing who they were. They said “he’ll know who it is” - well, he didn’t. This was the third call today, so I’ve blocked the number on our phone setup now.

Called asking for the boss by first name, said it was Cheryl Karoo on the line. Asked if the managing director was aware of the call and would recognise who was calling. They said yes, but when I checked with the MD later, they had no clue about Cheryl and definitely didn’t want to take any call from her.
