Got a call saying HMRC have some case against me and if I don’t hit 1 I’ll be arrested soon. The message was all automated and went by in a flash, so I just hung up. Honestly, I’m hoping it’s a scam because the whole thing felt dodgy and I don’t want to end up nicked outta the blue. Looks like I’m the first to say anything about this here, so I’ll keep an eye out to see if others have got the same. Tried ringing the number back from my landline but it just disconnects before I can even finish dialling. Strange.
