Lynne informed me that they were aware I’ve been inundated with pesky nuisance calls and that their organisation operates under government regulation. She expressed a desire to assist me in preventing these unwanted interruptions. I replied that I already have measures in place to block such calls, to which she cheerfully responded, "Oh, that’s splendid.
