Received an unsolicited call from a company purporting to provide maintenance for Sky TV. They employed the usual tactics, trying to keep their affiliations under wraps. It wasn't until we pressed them on where they were based that they revealed they were from a firm called L&C Support, located in Bognor Regis. Since I'm registered with the Telephone Preference Service, they shouldn't have contacted us in the first place. To make matters more ludicrous, we don't even have a current Sky subscription-only an ancient analogue dish that's been gathering dust for well over a decade!
