Got a call from someone claiming to be with Sky technical support. When I asked them to confirm my full name, they couldn’t do it. Then I requested to talk to a supervisor, but they said there wasn’t any. As the chat went on, they started to backpedal when I mentioned my son actually works in Sky’s tech department! Ended up just hanging up on them. Definitely a scammer.
