Funny enough, I did place an order just yesterday, but it’s probably just a coincidence since such charges aren’t particularly unusual. Anyway, there’s no hefty bill on my card and definitely no hold in place. They wanted me to press 1 for one thing and 2 for something else, which felt a bit dodgy-could it have been a premium rate line?
