Then he went on, saying I’d submitted a complaint and wanted me to give more details. I told him everything was already in the report when I first complained. He kept going on about the complaint, then suddenly, when he twigged I wasn’t going to cooperate, he just dropped “I need your Bank Account Number” before cutting me off.
