Somebody called but hung up almost straight away, didn’t even get a word out!

Got a call from a bloke with a foreign accent saying he was from Talktalk and wanted to check if my router was working alright. I told him I don’t even use Talktalk. Then he started asking which provider I’m with but I didn't want to give any details and just shut it down.
