Got a call from some bloke with an Asian accent claiming to be Jack, a BT technician, warning me my internet would be disconnected soon. Thing is, I’m not even a BT customer! He kept going on about BT being the "Mother internet" or something and said everyone has to follow their rules or lose service. When I asked for his number, he dodged it and asked why I needed it. I just said I wanted to have it, and he weirdly said he wanted me instead! Proper odd and annoying call. He rang me nonstop all morning too. - caller: Jack from BT, the so-called Mother internet provider.

Got a call from someone with an Asian accent claiming to be from BT, warning me my phone and internet would be cut off in just a few hours! I’m not even a BT customer, so I told them to stop calling me. Definitely seems like a scam.
