I received a call earlier today from an individual with an Asian accent, claiming to be Jack from BT, stating that he was a technician and that my internet service was on the verge of being terminated. Quite amusing, really, as I don’t even use BT! He rambled on about how BT is the primary provider of internet services and that all customers needed to act swiftly to avoid disconnection. When I inquired about his contact number, he seemed put out and asked why I needed it. I cheekily replied that I wanted to jot it down, to which he responded in a rather unsettling manner that he actually wanted me! Very strange indeed, and just a downright nuisance. He kept ringing back incessantly throughout the morning. - Caller: Jack from BT, the so-called 'Mother' of all internet providers.

Received a call from a bloke with an Asian accent claiming to represent BT, warning me that my internet and phone lines were set to be cut off in just a couple of hours! The thing is, I’m not even a BT customer, so I told him to stop bothering me. Definitely seems like a scam!
