The robot voice was doing its thing, but then suddenly this bloke with a strong Indian accent jumped in, called himself Jacob and tried saying he was ringing from Chichester - but he butchered the name completely! I got fed up pretty quick and told him I’d already settled a personal injury claim and ended up buying a wheelchair with the payout.
