I used Compare the Market to find private health insurance quotes, which were provided by Assured Futures. I wasn’t really expecting a call from them the next day. Turns out AF are brokers who just take the quotes from Compare the Market and try to get you to go ahead with one. They earn commission for this. Honestly, if you're looking to get private health insurance, they do offer helpful advice. Their call was unexpected and a bit unwelcome, but they did answer my questions and backed up their info. I didn’t appreciate the interrupting, but it was actually useful for me.
