I had a call from someone saying they were with BT openreach about some supposed internet trouble. It was a lady, sounded Asian, and went by the name ‘Jenny.’ She was quite polite but kept pushing that there was a fault with my broadband. From what I know, BT openreach don’t ring up customers to warn about connection problems. This was a scam for sure, and they were faking a local Cheltenham phone number. Watch out for this!
