Some scammer called claiming to be from “bt openreach”. They told me there was a problem with my broadband speed and said I needed to log into their website straight away to fix it. They said they were in a hurry because they had other people to ring. They didn’t even know my name or where I lived! As soon as I said I'm not a BT customer, they just ended the call!
