They kicked off by using my last name like it was my first. When I set them straight, they then switched to calling me Mr, which I'm not. Then they went on about my utilities needing renewal, which is rubbish. I tried to explain this but she just talked over me, saying she’d transfer me to renewals. That’s when I clocked it was a pre-recorded message, lol. I just hung up and blocked the number straight away.

Got a call from someone saying he was James over at OVO, but I’m not so sure it was legit at all.

Got a call from someone about my energy bill, said they could help find a better deal on my tariff. Sounded like one of those utility discount offers. Needed to check if it’s legit before saying anything.
