This number has rung me a few times recently. I’ve got no mates or contacts in Cheltenham, so I just blocked it. Even after I switched my phone number, they kept ringing. One time, a bloke left a message just saying my name and something about energy or whatever. Definitely blocked again. Not sure why an energy firm would be calling me when I’m not with any energy provider from there.

So this number popped up on my phone and it even showed "Possible Scam," but I guess I wasn’t thinking and answered it anyway. The bloke on the line actually knew my name, though I didn’t say yes to that. He claimed to be from some Energy Team, but when I asked which supplier they worked for, all he kept saying was their team is open from 9 till 4 every day. I told him straight that my phone flagged this call as a scam and that I was gonna block and report them, then he just hung up on me.
