They called me again today, different number this time but similar to the ones I got last week. I told him I always speak straight to my energy provider and he just hung up. I also said my phone's ex-directory and told them to stop ringing. My energy company never calls me, they just email if anything changes. Don’t be fooled by them even if they seem to know your details. Stay alert, folks.

The call came up as unflagged, but it turned out to be Nicola once more, claiming to be from "the energy team". Something felt off about it. She spoke in a really awkward, rehearsed way like she was reading from a script or something. Definitely seemed dodgy.
