I got a phone call out of the blue from a woman who introduced herself and mentioned the company she worked for straight away. She started explaining something about rockwool insulation degrading over time and how it needs to be replaced. Then she said they have a guy nearby tomorrow who could pop round for about half an hour to check moisture levels in my loft area. I’m no expert on loft insulation so maybe she’s right, but honestly, I’ve got other priorities at the moment, so I told her I wasn’t interested. She was nice about it, said thanks for my time and ended the call politely.

Got a call from this number but they didn’t say who they were or leave any message. Pretty sure it’s spam since I don’t know anyone from Cheltenham who would ring me.

I have no idea how they found out my name and my phone number, then told me a company bought and installed stuff in my home using my details. They wanted me to verify it, but I just told them I don't chat with strangers and hung up straight away.
