I'm in Orange County, California, but this has been happening to me too. I was visiting the UK back in July 2022 and since then I've had calls from this number and one more based in Abingdon. Also, I got calls from two numbers in Montreal, Canada, where I stopped over briefly. Looks like somehow my number got caught up in this mess.
