He rambled on about how my internet had been watched and my IP address was changed from private to public or something along those lines. I played along for a bit, then told him my broadband isn’t actually with BT but a different fibre provider that goes straight to my property. He kept insisting that the main private link was still managed by BT, not the fibre one. In the end, he gave up and bizarrely wished me a "good day from the hackers!"
