He claimed his firm was called 'bee online' and kept saying it was crucial I gave him the info. He wanted to speak to the manager or owner, but when I said they weren’t around, he said he’d ring back. I asked who exactly he needed to talk to, and I told him that if he called again and asked for the owner or manager, we’d put him straight through - though we wouldn’t really, obviously. Then he said he'd actually got the owner’s mobile number and would just call them there. Bit odd that he didn’t know their name but somehow had their mobile number, right?
