When I mentioned neither of them was available, he insisted he would ring back - but then queried who he should ask for. I replied that he could simply request the owner or manager upon his return call, and we’d transfer him through (though in reality, we wouldn't!). Oddly, he asserted he already had the owner’s mobile number; rather peculiar that he didn’t know their name, yet somehow had their contact details...
