Got a call from some bloke named Jacob Brown, real pushy and rude he was. Asked straight away for our MD, no introductions or nothing. When I tried to find out who he was and what firm he was with, he just started talking way too quick and snapped at me for interrupting him. Pretty clear to me he’s not anyone we do business with or know as a customer.
