She whispered something along the lines of "my accident" when I inquired about the name of the firm. The way she blurted it out was so fast that I couldn’t catch a word of it. The same occurred when I asked her to say it again. Considering I've had no such incident myself, I allowed her to prattle on for a minute or so until she mustered the realisation that I was silent and ended the call. That was a week ago, and now they’ve just rung me again, which I chose to ignore.
