Somebody rang me saying they were a local green energy consultant and kept insisting they were speaking to the homeowner. The call kept cutting out, so I ended up hearing the intro twice because of the bad signal. When he asked how I was doing, I told him I was a bit wary, and then he just hung up - which made me even more suspicious. About three weeks earlier, I got a very similar call from an 01202 number.
