Got a call earlier from this Cheltenham number claiming to be Vodafone, trying to sell me a contract for £9 a month. I asked the person when my current contract ended and what it was, but he couldn't answer at all. That’s when I realised something was fishy. I politely told him to buzz off, then called Vodafone myself. They confirmed it was a scam after I gave them the number, and told me to block it immediately. It's awful how these scammers keep targeting folks who might not be as careful.
