I’ve been receiving calls about unpaid parking fees, which is quite absurd considering I’m visually impaired and don’t drive at all! When I asked them to review their records, they insisted I supposedly owe them more than £400! I made it clear that if they kept pestering me, I’d be noting down their information to file a complaint with Trading Standards and possibly the police. What a right hassle!
