this number called me pretending to be from talk talk, saying my internet router was apparently sending out some dodgy security alerts. they wanted me to turn on my computer so they could 'help' me sort it out over the phone. i hung up pretty quick once i got suspicious. funny enough, just last week i got an email from talk talk about my internet acting up, telling me to click a link to book an engineer. seems a bit fishy to me.

Got a call from someone claiming to be David, said he was from my internet provider but had this thick Indian accent. I told him I had no idea what he was talking about and he just told me to buzz off. Strange call, felt dodgy.
