Got a call from someone with an Indian accent saying there was a problem with my Amazon account. They claimed it had been accessed from some strange devices. I said I hadn’t logged in from anywhere new. The caller tried to guide me through checking my details, but when I asked for some proof it was really them, they just cut the call. Didn’t hesitate, I’ve blocked that number straight away!

Got a call claiming to be from Amazon saying they’d be charging £139 from my bank. I don’t even have an Amazon account, so I just ended the call straight away.

Received a call from someone claiming to be from Amazon, insisting I was in debt £139. Trouble is, I don’t even have an Amazon account! So, I decided to cut the conversation short and hang up. Quite a dodgy situation, if you ask me.
