I received a call from a rather articulate woman, whose voice suggested she wasn't exactly in her youth. She informed me that my BT phone line was at risk of being suspended due to safety concerns. She insisted I press either 1 or 2 to terminate the line myself, which I thought was rather peculiar, so I promptly ended the call. Strangely enough, I'm not even a BT customer!
