POSSIBLE SCAM ALERT - Caller says your internet's down and tells you to hit #1 to talk to your provider, but never actually says they ARE your provider. Pretty clear red flag! I also tried calling that number from another phone and it just wouldn’t go through, so it looks like the line only lets them call out, not receive. Definitely dodgy!
