I received a call claiming to be from Amazon, but honestly, I'm quite sceptical about it. The person on the other end was inquiring whether I wished to cancel my Amazon Prime trial, which I confirmed. Then they proceeded to request that I download and open this "Quick Support" application so they could remotely access my iPad-red flags, right? After that, they started probing about how I manage my online banking, as if they were trying to get a grip on my bank account details! I told them straight out that I don’t do any online banking, only to be met with accusations of dishonesty! At that point, I quickly hung up and shut down all my apps. Just a heads-up for everyone out there!
