Received a call purporting to be from O2, touting a rather generous 40% discount, mind you. When I requested they send me an email instead, they seemed utterly unable to oblige. Strangely enough, I've had a similar conversation before-same sort of offer, though I can't recall the exact number. They were presenting themselves as 'the phone company' back then. Quite dodgy if you ask me!
