I got a call from a woman claiming to be 'Sarah' from O2. I just ended the call straight away.

I reckon this was a scam call. It was a woman from India with a strong accent, and she never used my name, just kept saying “Madame,” so I don’t think she had a clue who I was. I was quite polite with her but soon said goodbye and ended the call. I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number now.
