This is the third occasion they've rang me, each time from a distinct number. They say they're from BT tech support and that my broadband's been compromised. Really slow and quiet on the call, and they didn’t appreciate me asking them to speak clearer or quicker since I was busy. Ended up hanging up on me twice, which was quite rude. Also, they couldn’t even bother to remember my name properly.
