Sorry, I posted a comment earlier - I've been getting loads of annoying calls from Wales and thought this might be one of them, but turns out it's genuine!

Had my phone ring three times in a row just after 9 in the evening, all from somewhere in Cardigan. I don't have any mates or work connections out that way. I might be the first person to mention this number here, but I’m pretty sure others will pop up soon, or maybe they’re just switching numbers after a few tries. Obviously didn’t pick up. Proper numbers always leave a proper voicemail and never call so late. Best just to block it straight away. Not worth the hassle at all.
