I got a call from someone claiming to be with Sky, and maybe she was, but her accent was so strong it was impossible to catch what she was saying. She kept going through the exact same script again and again, even though I told her loads of times that I couldn’t hear properly, the connection was awful, and I’m partially deaf. If she wasn’t just reading straight off a script, she might’ve tried asking differently, but no luck. In the end, I just asked if someone could call me back on a clearer phone line.
