I got a call from some american-sounding robot claiming to be BT. It said my internet and phone would be disconnected if I didn’t press 1 or 2. I just ended the call straight away but it left me feeling a bit unsettled!

Got a call from some computerised American voice, claimed to be from BT saying our service was about to be disconnected. Ended up hanging up straight away.
