Sounds like a dodgy call to me. They claimed there was a strange transaction on my Visa, and when I hit 3 to replay the message, I got put straight through to a woman with a foreign accent. She kept calling me Mr... even though I'm a Mrs, and kept switching between saying it was a Mastercard and a Visa debit card. When I refused to give any details and only mentioned that I hadn’t authorised a Western Union payment, they hung up on me. Definitely a scam.
